Abstract
NCSG has helped local and state agencies develop a practical asset management program where in-service facilities are rated in terms of observed distress and two priority ranking systems for maintenance and repair is developed. These two prioritization systems are based on the “normalized raw score” (NRS) method and the “quality function deployment” (QFD) method. This document provides an example of the application of the QFD method of asset management.
