Ajo Drainage Improvements

After extensive damage from a flood in 2003, Pima County embarked upon several drainage improvement projects. NCSG performed seismic refraction surveys and soil borings to determine excavatability for potential channel modifications at one location, and a detention basin at another site. Detailed seepage analysis were also performed to evaluate the drawdown rate of impounded water in the detention basin.
